I've got a custom form that I want to use instead of MailChimp's generated forms.
So you will just have to figure where in the page to replace the form attributes and fields, in order to work with mail chimp.

It's a simple web page for anyone who is a web designer
I will send the mailchimp form attributes/fields that you need to replace as soon as you indicate you can do it
This is a 1 hour job max for any one intermediate or expert in web development.
I've uploaded the file that needs to be modified, figure out which parts where the modification would take place
