HelloFresh is looking for Freelance UI/UI Designers for longer term projects with our teams in Berlin. As a Freelancer UX/UI Designer, you will be welcomed in our office by a team of diverse and international colleagues who value innovative ideas and strive to create a truly inspiring work environment. We're now looking for Freelance UX/UI Designers to help us refine and scale our global products. About the job - Turn conceptual ideas into intuitive and elegant user flows / interfaces that will excite our customers and make their life easier - Develop, iterate and refine the user experience of a feature from conception to launch - Partner with Data Analysts / User Researchers to understand user behavior and guide / validate your design decisions - Support the team in developing new approaches to complex design problems Requirements: - You have a portfolio of work demonstrating approach to problem solving and UX/UI skills. - You have a track record of iterative design, working closely with users, peers, product owners, and engineers from inception through implementation - Plus: You have experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research, working with quantitative data)

I have 5+ year experiecne in web designing and its all components(Major in Visual Communication), and as a freelance designer locally, I am proficient with industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects.i have gained valuable experience designing advertising and marketing material including brochures, logos, posters, advertisements, product packaging, websites and booklets. I take great pride in the design work i create and always strive to deliver an effective, focused, and on-target product that fits my clients need and goals. I am a creative, reliable, hard-working designer who can work well in a collaborative team environment or individually. I work well with clients and consider myself a strong communicator, presenter, and listener. My career goals are to continue to lean and grow as a graphic designer while utilizing my creativity, knowledge, education and people skills to benefit my employer.
