The employer is looking to build a booking management system, including website, Android, and iOS apps (the “System”), with similar functionality to the following websites: > [login to view URL] > [login to view URL] The basic idea is to build a system where sports and activity venue operators can make their location available for people, who can search the listings, book a time-slot, and pay for it within the system (via website and app). For venues, the system should be a complete booking platform, with the ability to host calendars on their existing site. There should also be the ability to integrate bookings made on this system into a venue’s existing booking software. The core features of the website are: * A Listing of venues, searchable by activity type, location, availability; * User accounts for Admins (site staff); Venue-owners; and Users (venue bookers); * Support for multiple languages (English and Arabic); * The ability to handle payments from Users booking venues, and transfers from the system to the venue-owner; * The ability for Users to preload their accounts with funds, and pay bookings with that amount (a “Wallet” system); * Support for multiple currencies (KD, AED, etc.); * The ability to generate reports on payments and related info; * A Referral and Reward Program for players; * Blog; * Newsletter System; * Email, SMS, and Mobile Notification booking confirmations; * Support Ticketing system, for users with issues; * 2 Months of support for the system post-launch.
