Front-End Betting (mobile, website, mobile app) and CMS system - Start 1st week sept.

Hi, I have one project to build a new website including mobile web, mobile app, and his associated CMS System. Decision must be taken shortly, and development start first week of september. Appreciated skills - Cryptology appreciated - Live data - HTML 5 & CSS - Effects on website (any javascript framework, like JQuery or similar) I am open to any other skill regarding mobile app store deployment for Android/IOS, looking forward to your previous achievements. - No framework like Joomla, Wordpress, etc... -------------------------------------------- Website, mobile-website, mobile-application -------------------------------------------- I have a sketching ready. I need to build the interface implemented with the data-logic. To have an idea, it's similar to ordinary gambling website, like BetFair, BWin, TitanBet, etc... You provide the front-end: - The full development for alls interfaces and good effects (web-based desktop, web-mobile, app. android, app. Ipad, app. Iphone) I provide the back-end: - All web-services, all games I can discuss any changes on design and templates. The website and applications are fully customizable with skinning and templates, and updatable with the CMS below. You help us to install a deployment for Live data, like WebSocket/Comet (Pokein, WebSync, Kaazing, SuperWebSocket, XSockets, SignalR... etc). (skip LightStreamer as it's expensive.) License should be free/cheap as best with security purpose, and some load impact testing. -------------------------------------------- CMS System -------------------------------------------- The CMS to build is exhaustive with Drag&Drop functionalities to allow easy customization. The development consist in: - Templates - Libraries of available modules - SEO tools - Inline Edit - Menu & navigation links - Social networking - optional web tracking (CrazzyEggs or free similar solution) Libraries of modules The library of modules are expendable with new modules. The first requirements concern 8 basic modules that we have already defined. New modules can be added in future (that you can develop and extend outside the current project). Privileges Settings Some pages can be changed partially (privileges settings to change only some area). SEO Tools Pages requires the basic settings for SEO, like Keywords... etc. The menu should be intuitive. The results can be store or affect for examples : - A NewsLetter till example saved in HTML, or send via Email - Change the Mobile application (add a picture for example) - Change dynamically the website (a banner till example) - publish on specific dates, etc... The deployment on Mobile-Applications should be taken in consideration. This CMS project is web-based for non-technical people. -------------------------------------------- Considerations -------------------------------------------- This project requires a based architecture. Once the NDA accepted, we plan a meeting, and a co-working for 10 days. (You might need to provide us a legal invitation letters depending on your country to acquire a Business Visa). I would like to start theses projects simultaneously, and pay a particular attention to have good relations. Requirements - Provide company registration number and VAT Number (if VAT applicable) - Provide a NDA Contract that we accept & sign together Milestones (No unnecessary upfront, we work only achieved tasks, payment guarantee on work). I suggest the following milestones, and are open to any other options. - 1st milestone after 1st week of co-working - 2nd : UI Interface website and Mobile Application ready - 3th : UI Interface CMS ready - 4th : Website & Mobile Application data access logic (login, cashier access, etc...) - 5th : CMS data access logic (login, saving result pages, updating website, updating mobile, saving NL, etc... ) - 6th : Staging Website & Mobile Application ready - 7th : Staging CMS ready - 8th : Testing Website & Mobile Application ready - 9th : Testing CMS ready
