Convert a Template to a Website

Convert an illustrator CS5 file to a html file with clean coding and all seo tag/title/description/alt tags coded ready to be edited. I use dreamweaver and need to be able to edit the html page easily in HTML format. The page should be coded to be responsive also so it works on smart phone and devices Features of the html page are as follows: - Drop down text content boxes, so the text boxes remain in the same place even if extra text is written, the user can click the expand arrow to see more info. - Built in Google Map box will need to be coded so all i have to do is change the {{Suburb}} & {{State}} as this page will be run through a page generation script so the map will change automatically when the {{State}} & {{Suburb}} fields change. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS PART - I will provide the fonts that are to be used - Images must all be .gif where solid for fast load time - use what is on the design as temporary images. - Menus on the side and bottom should be css coded - smart css file must be created - images must have all their alt tags, name tags coded in html ready to be changed. - All elements not available as images in the .ai file should be taken from the website. - The conversion must be 98% identical to the design in spacing, font, font size/colour/spacing. - Add a facebook PLUGIN - code provided. - You must write ASW in your pmb/message when bidding to prove you read the job brief
