Simple Web 2.0 - 1 Page Web Design (Graphic Design)

Hi,

I am looking for a skilled web designer. Basically, I don't have a lot of requirements. In fact, the requirements that I am asking for will make your job easy:

1) You should be skilled with graphic design and web design

2) You need to create a very simple web 2.0 design (only one page).

3) You can design the mockup on photoshop or GIMP, but you need to supply any graphics and image files separately as well.

4) You need to use only web safe fonts for the design

5) If you are going to use third part images, graphics or icons you need to make sure it is OpenSource or Royalty free, and a copy of the license must be provided to me.

6) You need to keep in mind how the mockup will be coded, and make sure that it will be easy and fast to implement. For example, no complex layers and other styles that require complex CSS.

7) There will be no menu since it is a one page site, so you need to make sure the design looks stylish and professional without one.

8) I need three of these designed (so it's a total of 3 pages) for the bid cost. Please mention that you understand this when you bid.

Please note that if you do a good job, I will definitely have many more of these for you (maybe hundreds). I will open new projects on freelancer and allow you to bid, and will award you the project. I am developing a solution for a client and they need many of these one page templates. So the cost is very important, and so is the quality.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING:

It is very important that you show me a few samples of your past work. I don't want to see a huge list of web sites, if you send me such a list I will not consider your work. This is also a test to see that you can follow instructions and requests. Please send me only your top 10 designs. Also, please mention how I can know that you were the designer. Some people post work done by other's calming it's their own work, so you need to offer me with some evidence.

Please let me know if you need any further clarifications. The theme of the web page should not matter, you should be flexible enough to create anything quickly. I look forward to working with you.
