Need a website using HTML/CSS which should be W3c validated and using CSS and less or no tables. Should Complete WEB2.0 Look and style with a complete CMS Back end (Content Management system)and Search Engine friendly design

You must be creative and imaginative and expert in HTML and Flash. Preferably a team with all expertise in design / programming

You must be talented to satisfy with designs and flexible to take up work seriously and be comfortable in changes and stuffs.

Additional Info :-

There will be two designs :-

A. Home Page design ([url removed, login to view] editable using CMS)

B. Second one a Common design(Navigation) for all pages (Should be editable in backend CMS so that new pages can be easily added as there is common layout with navigation so only text/pics/links/ can be added easily from backend)

Note : All the pics/flash, design everything from scratch must be provided by you. Only text content and structure will be provided by us
