Color palette, page design and icons for a mobile web app

I need some graphics design/UX help with a free public transportation mobile web app (see screenshot). The following items require work:

? Color palette - need to define a consistent color palette for the app

? Screen design - apply icons/palette to a set of screens which include text, icons and map to demonstrate how it will all look together and produce a PSD that I can convert into HTML/CSS. The goal is to ensure a consistent look across the whole screen and different states

? Icons (there are about 20 of them), need to design them in matching colors and style

? Help with UX design - the screens are a bit crowded so need help in reorganising them and improving usability, considering mobile focus (phones)

UX design and usability is optional, please indicate whether you can do that. Attached are the screens, current icons and detailed description of all elements in a Word document.

All icons and screen designs should come with the original Illustrator or Photoshop file, as well as PNG.

When bidding, please provide examples of the custom mobile themes or screen designs that you have done. You may also provide a low-res example of how you would redesign a part of the screen (for example, the part on Figure 1 from the attached Word document).
