I am posting this bid, with your permission, only as an eye opener for you: - if you have a shared hosting account (reseller or not) with Hostgator, NO ONE except the Hostgator team will be able to RESTORE any backup. If this is the case, please contact them via support ( they will charge you with $15 per backup restoration). You will also need your backup (if any) - or - they MAY provide you with a so called "courtesy backup" (will be an older version of your website, but better then none!). - if you have a vps account AND a backup, then yes, you can get someone here - us included - to restore it via WHM. These being said, if you have a shared account, you better contact Hostgator and cancel this project - or - if you have at least a VPS with WHM access + a backup, feel free to accept our bid.
