Requerimos de manera contínua (mes con mes) poder realizar, sin estar limitado a, realizar las siguientes actividades: 1.- Disponibilidad 7x24 (90% del trabajo de 8am-7pm CST) 2.- Monitoreo y administración de una infraestructura de 4 hosts corriendo VMware ESXi 6.5, monitoreo y respaldos realizados a través de VeeamOne y Veeam Backup and Replication, actividades habituales de creación y configuración de máquinas virtuales nuevas, organización, distribución de las mismas, etc. 3. Recuperación ágil (Veeam Instant Recovery) de una o varias máquinas virtuales corriendo en VMware y siendo respaldadas por Veeam en caso de que exista un fallo. Realizar simulacros (alrededor de uno al mes) 4.- Administración de Firewalls pfSense corriendo sobre la infraestructura virtual. 5.- Monitoreo y administración del estado de salud de ~30 servidores HPE ProLiant DL380 G7, Gen8, Gen9 a través de la interfaz iLO. El servicio pretende identificar proactivamente las fallas a través de la herramienta Systems Insight Manager así como atenderlas ágilmente (solicitud de envío de refacciones, asesoría remota en el reemplazo de las mismas) antes de que éstas se conviertan en críticas. 6.- Disponibilidad telefónica con un teléfono IP conectado a nuestro conmutador para poder atender aquellas solicitudes que lleguen vía telefónica así como poder comentar detalles de tickets. Si bien, el 90% de las solicitudes son vía correo/ticket, lo anterior es requerido. Requerimos conocimientos sólidos en las siguientes áreas: Ambientes virtualizados con VMware, Sistemas Operativos Linux y Windows, Firewall pfSense así como VeeamOne y Veeam Backup and Replication así como la capacidad de poder atender las solicitudes por correo o via telefónica en español Si es de su interés este proyecto, favor de iniciar su respuesta con la palabra "Interesado".
