Access table to Outlook calendar entries

Table has time entries for multiple users. I would like calendars updated with time entries from each user. So code should:
1. Identify users in table
2. Confirm there is a calendar for each user in current outlook profile under "Timesheets" - if not, create as needed
3. Erase any existing entries on the calendar(s)
4. For each entry within the time range on the form, add a calendar entry on the appropriate calendar based on the username field
*Date and length based on datestart/timestart/timeend field
*Subject is subject field
*Location is location field
*Note is notes field
*Category is category field
*Reminder should be off
