create icons for program

I need? 3 custom icon sets? created for 3 software programs. I need the? standard windows XP sizes 48x48 32x32 24x24 16x16 for each plus a 128x128 version for each of 3 programs. That means 3 different images and 5 diferent sizes of each which are in icon format. Attached is a sample and some icons I have to show the style I want. The sample is one I made in photoshop for the first program. The actual icon you make should be similar but does not have to be exactly a copy. If you are a good graphic artist but not familiar with icons and interested in this project, here are the instructions from microsoft on creating icons <[login to view URL]>? The 3 programs I need icons for are described below: 1. A grammar checking program(this is the example in the zip). The example shows how a pencil is checking a correct and incorrect answer on a notepad. 2. A reading program. This image should show a book or writing on paper and a human eye. There is a similar image in the examples attached but it is not exactly what I need, something with a bigger eye and maybe a pointing finger like it is reading the page would be good. 3. Another reading program. This one has more to do with understanding so it could be like 2 but with an eye and a brain or just a brain. I am not too picky as long as they look good and come close to the theme for the program.? Final deliverables would be the photoshop/illustrator files and the final icon files as gifs(128 and 32x sizes)? and as ico files(all sizes, windows xp format as described at the above link which specifies the colors, bit depth etc. If you are familiar with making icons then you likely know this already) Please let me know if you have icon experience and if you have a website showing examples of your work that would help.
