Design a flyer

I currently publish a 16-page dining guide magazine that is distributed in hotel rooms. See [login to view URL] for an example. I currently publish it in 3 different areas. I am expanding into a 4th area but want to try something new. Instead of creating a 16-page magazine, I want to create a tri-fold flyer. See the attached for an example. (I am not a designer; this is just my initial idea of the layout.) I will also want to create corresponding business cards similar to the attached. In order to sell this idea to the restaurants I need to show them an example. Therefore, I will need to create a prototype that is filled with advertisements from fake restaurants. Then, once I have signed up the restaurants, I will need to create the real flyer. I am looking for a long-term partner. If this idea is successful (and I am confident it will be), I will be converting my other 3 zones to this new layout. I will also be quickly expanding into new areas. This project will entail: - Creating an attractive looking 8.5x11 inch flyer design. The hotels will not distribute the flyer unless it looks professional. It must look high class; it cannot look cheap. It should be compatible with [login to view URL] (full bleed). - Creating advertisements for 12 fake restaurants, including logos. I will be providing photos for these ads. - Creating a directory, as per the attached example. - Creating a fake map. - Creating a business card design. It should be compatible with [login to view URL] Please submit a bid for creating the prototype. In addition, please provide a price for creating the real flyers. Also include some examples of other brochures you have designed and let me know what design software you will be using. NOTE: Please feel free to ask me any questions.
