I am a virtual assistant extraordinaire and bilingual/native English speaker who is looking to work on exciting new projects such as yours with fantastic clients such as yourself.

I previously worked as Customer Care and Support Coordinator at Coretec Systems & Solutions Kenya in Nairobi. In this role, it was my duty to receive customer queries, forward them to technical staff and to ensure their fast and efficient resolution. I also drafted and edited support contracts among other responsibilities.
Currently, I am a full-time freelancer and stay-at-mom meaning I am open to giving a good 20-30 hours of work in a week.
