Dear sir, I have watched the video and the screenshot that you shared. This is not as easy as you are thinking. Yes there are automated tools but those tools are not smart enough to track every frame perfectly therefore I need to do a decent amount of motion tracking work manually which is a slow process. Let me explain how this type work are done, 1. Removing the clip: a. First I have to extract a frame from the video. b. Then import the frame in photoshop and remove the clip. c. Then mask out the part of the head. b. Track the motion of head and composite the masked frame on top of the original video so that it looks like there was no clip through out the video. 2. Removing background: a. Track the motion of the face (which is the most critical part of all) and mask out to isolate face from background. b. After isolating background it can be blurred easily. I am new to this site but I am not new to this sector. I have many years of experience doing multimedia job.
