Make a video snippet

Hi, I need a simple snippet of video (<10 mins) to add to an existing video I am creating. I just need a video taken behind a person sitting down at a desk in an office. This ideally should be construed as a psychology office, so something without other people working in the background would be what I am looking for (i.e. with only a wall or bookcase or similar in the background). The person in the video will be typing at a computer (I will give you the words to type), and stopping occasionally to be distracted by other things such as looking at a phone, stretching, and just generally being frustrated at the task of writing. At the end of the segment, I just need the camera to zoom in on the laptop/computer to see the paragraph that the person has written. The video won't capture the person's face either - it will only film the person from behind. In terms of filming equipment, it doesn't have to be anything too special - I filmed the rest of my video on a Samsung 8, so anything similar would be ok. The only thing is to ensure that the zooming (which will be done physically, not digitally) needs to be smooth. Thanks! P.s. I also need the person in the video to be female.
