Make an explainer video for my website

My website lets users send bulk SMS messages to a list of contacts.
It has 13 different features like pre-scheduled messages, customised messages, etc. I need an explainer video that tells a new user how to use these 13 functions.
The video should be in the following format:
Page #1 title: "How to compose a new message"
Page #1 content: Video with actual action of moving cursor, clicking buttons etc. clearly showing how to compose a new message
Page #2 title: "How to change your password"
Page #2 content: Video with actual action of moving cursoe, clicking buttons etc. clearly showing how to change your password
and so on........
I will provide the chosen freelancer with a live user account to login to my website so that you can perform all the functions live while recording them. Text and animations on the video will have to be added by you.
The 13 functions have to be explained in the video along with sub-functions. These are detailed in the attached MS-Word document below. Please read the attached MS-Word document, then ask me any questions you may have.
