Professional Gaming Video Editor Needed

*PLEASE APPLY IF YOU HAVE DONE GAMING EDITING* I'm looking for someone who can join me as a team to edit gaming videos for me and my clients. I'll tell you in detail what type of videos I want to edit and what style I need. Basically I want to make gaming montages. I'll need you to source the game play online from YouTube and whatever sources you can find. The clips need to be all the best plays on the internet, all insane eye catching clips. I don't want to sacrifice quality but if you can produce 2 videos a week that;d be ideal for me. I don't want the special effects to take away from the clips. I want to mainly focus on music syncing with the gunshots , that is most important to me. I want really nice effects but I don't want it to cut out the footage. I want it to run smoothly. If that makes sense. If it doesn't let me know and I'll elaborate. I want Cinema 4D Motion tracking for the intro, that looks professional. And smooth transitions, Like a side pan to the next clip.
