Video cut downs including the non copytighted chrismas theme which can be edited easily and be processed in premier pro and the animation video with some effects will be made in after effects. As the requirement of both instagram and youtube video I can provide vfx to make that feel of the theme which is by your end is Christmas. Snow and other aspects will be created in after effects.
