Baseball Game Development on Unity 2d

I want to create a google extension that is a baseball game from the perspective of the coach/scorekeeper who is tracking statistics - but very simple, kind of like a home run derby style. It will eventually be converted into a business tracking tool with game-ification for sales/recruiters and sales managers/recruiting managers in the sales/recruiting industry. There are a lot of parallels between sales/recruiting and baseball so I'd like to make the job fun with this type of game. A recruiter is required to track certain activities they control in their job: # of Submittals # of Interviews # of Final Interviews # of Offers # of Hires This makes each of these actions important for the user to record in the game. The end user of the game will be providing input and tallying up the above data. I would like the later versions to be able to have a multiplayer system that aggregates the data from each user and creates a “leaderboard” full of statistics.
