Recursive sql query

Hi I am a database expert with 12 years experience in handling MS SQL and MySQL databases. I have worked as DBA for large ERP databases and use to write and do performance tuning for SQL queries, procedures and triggers. For the recursive query, we can use a CTE. Im also experience in building data tables and metadata to make sure data is accurate. I suggest for this long term project we maintain and team foundation server or trello or any repository or tracking tasks that will align our time/schedule and goals.
