I have been involved with positions related to languages since 2012. I have started my career as a bilingual telephone operator, these days I work as a freelance translator/customer service representative.
Plus, I have experience with translation of tourism articles (hotel reviews, hotel recommendations), retail and consumer products (clothing, brochures, localization of retail web sites, translation of user manuals), and web site localization, and articles about law.
I have also translated texts related to portable applications (smartphones and tablets), such as: gaming applications (quizzes), mobile devices settings, etc.
With my experience with working with customer service in medical research, I also have experience with translating medical terms and procedures.
With my previous on-site experience with customer service (also with my experience with customer service through online platforms as a freelancer), I am now aware of soft skills, softphones, Office Suites, Google Drive, Basecamp, Redmine, CRM, and meetings via Skype. I also am able to assist clients by telephone, chat, and by email.
