You are asked to proofread a science fiction book that was translated into Spanish from English. You will read the English and Spanish manuscript and use the Microsoft Word change tracker feature to edit and correct the Spanish version. The Spanish version is 59195 words. I prefer those with Freelancer.com certifications in Spanish and English. I had my science fiction novel (Negative Zero) translatated to Spanish by one of the [login to view URL] translators. Now I want a second pair of eyes to check it to make sure it will be a great translation (or at least as good as the English version). 1. I want grammar and spelling to be correct. 2. I want it to be pleasant to read. 3. I want it to not contradict the English version. Small contradictions may be okay as long as it does not change any of the plot or the character's personality or roles Send the marked up finished Spanish version back to me so I can forward it to my translator and have him accept or reject each edit.
