• Modeling and Drawing for various Automotive , Aerospace, Space Communication devices, Semiconductor equipments using Pro/E/Wildfire • Good Experience in Data Conversion—2D drawings To Model and drawing generation. • Good Experience in ECN Incorporation and Implementation. • Good knowledge of Designing with Plastic Components. • Good knowledge of Designing of Sheet metal Components. • Having Good experience in DATA CONVERSION of Plastic and Sheet metal components. • Have worked on Unigraphics, solid modeling/sheet-metal and Detailing. • Have worked on AutoCAD for 2D drafting. • Good Knowledge of GD and T . • Have working knowledge of Ansys (Structural and Thermal). • PDM,PLM: Pro/Intralink , Windchill. 1. Modeling and Drawing of K, IMUX, 6+5 CH, TYPE 01 FOR ComMUNICATION DevICES. Using Pro/E Wildfire 4.0 and Windchill • Description: K- band frequency ranges from 7.2 - 25.0 GHz, Existing was different frequency range, we used existing assembly and redesigned new assembly, and designed Brackets, Low Pass Filters, rails as per new requirements, Checking intereference, ensuring proper hardware,Shimming gap at required place is used in assy. • Routing is done as per block diagaram using Pro/Cabling, Assy drawings were generated, BOM is created is SAP as per assy drawings and Bulk items were added in BOM, Interface Customer Drawing and Part drawings was a created for above drawing 2. Modeling and Drawing of Lowpass Filter and Bandpass filter. Using Pro/E Wildfire 4.0 and Windchill • Description: Lowpass Filter(LPF) is a circuit offering easy passage of low frequency signals and difficult passage to high frequency signals ,there are two basic kinds of circuits capable of accomplishing this objective, inductive lowpass filter and capacitive lowpass filter. • Using RF values provided by RF engineers LPF is designed, LPF assy consist of 2 parts, Body Top and Body Bottom, Flange thickness and number of mounting holes are decided as required, Machining drawings are generated, and Final Machining Assembly and Drawings are also generated. • Description: Bandpass Filter(BPF) these are applications where a particular band, or spread. or frequency needs to be filtered from a wide range of mixed signals, Filter circuits can be designed to accomplish this task by combining the properties of Low-pass and High-pass into a single filter ,the result is called Band-pass Filter. • Using RF values provided by RF engineers BPF is designed, BPF assy consist of 4 parts, Body ,Bottom Lid and 2 top lids, Tuning hole are positioned as per IRIS location, Flange thickness and number of mounting holes are decided as required, Machining drawings are generated, and Final Machining Assembly and Drawings are also generated. Modeling of Wing mounted Bracket Pro/ENGINEER2001. Description: This is a support structure of an aircraft, The control surfaces were given and it is taken as reference for this mount bracket, This bracket is a support structure where critically is of reference planes from where it is to be started, Parametric modeling was done and drawings were generated for the same. Modeling of Propeller Shaft. Description : It is also called Balancing shaft of the rotary machine, the model was done with feature based and Parametric functionality. The inside ribs and wall thickness determines the strength of the shaft. The shaft was Analysed in Nastron and remodeled to meet the Design specification MODELING OF VERTICAL COLUMN FOR BFW .Using Pro/Engineer Wildfire. Description : This project involves conversion of 2D drawing to 3D model, Design changes were done for the existing drawing as per the customer requirement. Drafting was done to verify the customer required standards.
