Plastic female thread adapter into male thread

I need a 3D model for a plastic bottle adapter that on the bottom end has a female thread for fitting into 30mm water plastic bottles (30/25 standard) and on the top end has a male thread for screwing a 28mm soda bottle cap (PCO 28 410 neck standard). The 3D model should be ready for mold making and plastic injection so experience with mold making and mechanical engineering is important. Because this will be used for injecting parts for holding liquids experience modelling threads is key because details like tolerances, angles, design of the thread, plastic type injected, etc. will influence on the cap being leak proof or not. About the materials. The adapter needs to be on a plastic that works well together with ABS as our custom cap needs to be made on ABS. Most caps are made of PP, but bottle necks are made with PET, if you have a recommendation would be great. Our custom bottle cap was designed with Rhino, so we would need to find a way to be able to exchange files between rhino and other formats like Solidworks.
