It's a relatively easy project in my opinion. I know fusion360 top-bottom and I use that day by day basis. And I know how to keep up the design history neat and tidy so that you can manipulate the design as whatever you want (I'm talking about a point in the spline level constraint system and I think no one could offer you that in this budjet rather than me).
