I am trained sculptor, with good experience in 3d. What I can offer is 3d sketch in Z brush, that we can move back, and forward to achieve the desired look. Good and clean re topology so that the character reach desired poly count. No stretch, and no overlapping mappings. Finally PBR workflow with Substance painter.
