Simple domestic site plans (existing and proposed), elevations and plan view for verandah/patio/home improvement projects. Drawings required for submission to building surveyor / council as part of the building permit application process. Original scanned house plans to be supplied, with sketch of proposed addition and other elements to be included on the drawings (existing site conditions, driveways, setbacks etc.)Photos can also be supplied. Surrounding property information to be included on site plan (existing), this information is to be taken from Google Maps or Nearmap. Project time frame is 3 days for first draft, then an addition 1 day for amendments should they be required. Potential for on-going work.

Please send me a sample site plan to fully understand the scope of these projects. i am bidding on a moderate project, if i can satisfy your needs, we can discuss payments later. according to your descriptions all the data to be derived from google maps so there will be no field data? but my question is how reliable is the google map? Here in canada some of the maps are old by 1 - 3 years. please clarify. if you need i can send you some sample from work for your perusal
