I am looking to use somebody to come up with a 2D and 3D model for a new plastic mould prototype we are wanting to get producted in China. Must have experience in this type of work. We are looking for something similar to the following: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We would like to get this made bigger for commercial use such as 40cm x 40cm tray size each holding 10 portions wide by 10 portions long. The portion size would be approximately 5cm x 4cm x 3cm in height. The lid would be in addition and would be of a silicone type material so it could be easily removed as shown in the video, etc. Can somebody provide 3d and 2d models on this for injection mould prototype to be completed?

Hello, I am highly experierenced in the making of prototypes for proucts made of PVC,silicone,aluminium and other materials. These products are for chinese and turkish manifacturers. In 2 to 3 days I can make a 3d model of your product which can also be turned in 2d slices that are used through all of the production stages. The model can be used in CNC to make a mold. Dear Sir, I am a qualified Product designer with 8 years of experience working on 3D CAD programs. I am very efficient using Rhino and 3DSMAX which can be used to create .3DM and .IGES files that can then be imported into Solidworks without any problems which I have been doing for very long time.I am also good in using AUTOCAD. The work has already been done and finished as per your specifications. It was Done with Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5 however neutral file in iges and other formats as required by the mould maker will be provided. With Warm regards Vasanth D. kamath
