I want to design the Exterior of my house in construction and i would like to see options to select from and once selected, then the same should be modelled in 3D with rendering. i would like this to be done as per my site dimensions which is 30X40. i will give the exact layout plan as soon as i decide on the one who would work on this. Note: i would like to see your already completed work if any. expected time duration : 2 days ( as i have to give the design for the builder) output required: 1. basic autocad design of the facade part. Need atleast 3 designs to chose from. 2. once selected, create 3D rendering and modeling based on my layout plan, using 3DX max or any software ( i dont know other software names) 3. only one person work and only for 2 days only. PS: if you are not serious about the work, please do not bid for it.
