I am an architect so i basically understand what you are asking for but the second image didn't open so can you send it to me i am an exultant 3D modeler so it will be a high quality job .

I use 3dsmax program to modeling your picture in 3D . Model 3D will be in milimeter scale unit 1:1 with real architecture. And finish it with vray material ( wood, gymsum, color ) . I send you 3dsmax file modeling with mateial and texture .

My architectural background : 3D modeling and rendering experience, good knowledge of required software makes me a suitable candidate for the job. I can do the job at low cost. I'm new to the site and need to add good grades. If there is not much to do so you can charge a lot cheaper.

I mainly work on maya 3d for modeling and animating, also sculpting and high res texturing are done in Zbrush, but any other software can be learned in a day or 2. If needed I can do quick 3d sketches or Detailed models depending on time limitations and requirements. The way I usually work is make a quick boxed out sketches of the models to see if the ideas of the client and my understandings of them are on the same page and from that point onward I either readjust or develop the sketches. I like to frequently day to day communicate with the client and ask for feedback.
