My portfolio does not show case any similar works but I am fully experienced with rigging and animating. I usually carry out this sort of project in Blender but would have no problem with rigging in Maya. I assume your models are all topologically suited for rigging currently? The "Hajja Israa Model & Rig" contains a basic rig that can be made simply in most 3D software. Apply the boxes that were included in the video are a definite recommendation for good control of rigging a character. I am a very persistent designer to provide a proper rig for you. With 7 of experience in the Autodesk Maya software, I've have learned to work at a steady pace, but will analyze all aspects of my projects for any faults or add any improvements. I will create an example model to create and test out the rig that I will construct. I will provide in my portfolio a demonstration of how the head, face, arms, legs and fingers will move properly. Also, by apply the weight painting, which will determine how the parts of the body will move, each model will be transformed for the purpose of an unique animation.
