Hi, I am gladly at your service and would like working on this. I can also create a few other effects for the text and image and user will be able to select what he wants to use using a simple drop-down menu. And it seems that you need a perfect blend of designer and developer such that the project fits your AIR app :) and I am a good at both of these, There are a few doubts on this I have which we can talk once when we discuss more on this. I am an Adobe Certified Developer with more than 10 years of experience and have done a lot of animations and hence this should be relatively easy for me to achieve this.
