Create an Animation Loader image for website optimized for web (GIF)

I am looking for an animated loader image that is in the GIF format, is small in size and optimized for the web.
I need the image to show while my website is loading information - Information can take upto 1 min to load, the majority of the time it is sooner, so the animation needs to be about 1m in length
I have already got a swf file animation which is too big to use so please keep this in mind that I need an optimized small animated GIF. The best quality you can make
I have attached the animation I have got - I like the way the circle fills up but i would like the circle to fill up within 35 secs and then we should show some flashing text in the circle that reads (Loading data please wait...)
While the circle is filling up I would like some texct inside of the circle that changes - I have about 14 lines of text that makes notes of the process that is taking place in the background
