Create an Animation

I have a logo which I would like to incorporate/ introduce when the webpage opens. The user will then click on the logo icon to enter accepting T&C's. The designer will need to suggest a brief story/ theme or how the intro would work to create a good initial experience for the user. The designer could also do the initial layout for the website. as part of ensuring the animation and the functionality ties in. I am looking for someone who would consider working on risk for equity with some of the fees paid in cash as I believe the project has the potential to scale up and produce a meaningful return. Preference will be given to persons living in Johannesburg, alternatively with persons who have an exceptional body of work which can be shown.
