Cinema 4d Rig and Bind

I have an object I need rigged in Cinema 4d. I also need it weighted and animated properly per my instructions. I have references to pass along and it needs to look exactly like reference videos. This is a very small project yet very advanced. Attached is a picture of what I need the final product to look like. *Notice the folding of the object toward the end of the tube.
