I am an experienced Solidworks designer and certified Solidworks professional user. I routinely take .STL or other common format files and modify for 3d printing, so your project is well within my established skill set. Please do not only regard the the price listed as my bid. Depending on the complexity of the actual part, I would expect this project to take around 25-30 hours to complete, though I would need to see the actual part to confirm. For this work I charge $40 USD per hour and I track all hours then adjust the total project price accordingly so you are only charged for the actual time taken. Other information, besides the part, that I need to begin work are the specifications of your printer i.e. nozzle diameter, layer thicknesses and the available print area (to divide up the part appropriately).
