Do some 3D Modelling -- Updated

I am reposting this project with new requirements. And only sending it to a couple of my favorite bidders instead of opening it up to everyone. Please look the description over carefully as it has changed some. Unreal Engine 4 is also a required skill with this project. I need someone to create a single high quality 3D mesh of a statue. The 3D mesh needs to be created from a photograph of a statue. This needs to be created for and completely compatible to look good in Unreal Engine 4. In addition to the static statue that looks like the statue in the image. I also need a version of the statue that is more like a light form. Kind of like the statue created in light rather than made from metal or stone. The color of the light needs to be Golden White + light Blue colors. I have attached a couple images of light forms to illustrate what I am talking about. But it is important to remember that the shape is of the statue in the statue image. Not the light form images… those are just to show what I mean by a light form for the second version of the statue. I also need the light form version of the statue to have a couple poses and animations for it using Blueprint in Unreal Engine 4 so I can work on it from there. The animations of the light version of the statue would be of: Light Statue begins with head looking down with hands on heart area. Then after time passes she will look at the camera and her hands will stretch out. Then after time passes her head will look up and her hands will go upwards to the sky.
