Create an Animation

Hi there, We are a company based in Holland and due to expansion we are looking for freelance Animation artists. Your profile: -English is a language you master; Misunderstandings due to not having enough experience in English, will cost too much time. -You come from Eastern Europe/Russia, Asia, South Africa ; we want to be price competitive. Not cheap, but cheaper than the major competitors and still have the same quality. We can pay you more than you would earn locally, the client pays less, we make a living. We have been working like this for 2 years with 3 animators from India (we visited them 2 months ago) and it's a happy marriage :) -You use After Effects as main editing program -You have a reliable internet connection, no more than 1x disconnection a week. (unless you have powercuts like in India, but they are scheduled so we can work around those) We use Dropbox folders to share projects and we share big files. So stabil and preferably fast internet is needed -You will use Skype, or are willing to use it -You give daily updates; when working on a project, even though there is nothing to tell, we like to be updated at least twice a day. -Working 9 to 5? No way. If needed we work 12 hrs a day and weekends. That is not our policy, because we believe in having a happy family with happy relaitves and girl/boyfriends. But when push comes to shove...we work our asses of to make deadlines -We are expanding, so we cannot promise you a steady income as off now, but we set our goals high for the future and we are in it for the long term relationships. We'd like you to grow with us. -You can also be a company, as long as we have one person that is our contactperson This job: we would like you to make a small animation based on information we have to send you via email and you would have to sign a Non-disclosure agreement due to the nature of the client. The animation will be to introduce an app. Length 20 seconds, 2D. Price; I cannot say yet. It depends on yours skills, and where you come from. We will let three parties make the same animation.
