Hi, You can remote desktop to your windows 2016 server only if the server is connected to Internet with public IP. If the IP is not public, you cannot do Remote desktop. You can use teamviewer as an alternate solution where you dont need public IP on Windows server. If you are looking for a professional solution, then setting up RDP gateway is the solution. There are open source RDP gateway options.. Thanks

Hi, The remote desktop is enabled by default on windows server 2016, I can help you to configure multiple users to log into the server. Also, the router should have a reverse NAT to reroute to the ws2016 private IP address, if not configured I will need additional access to the router IP to configure the reverse NAT.
