Need Web Developer - SQL\Robots.txt - Wordpress

Hey Developers, I'm looking for a developer to help me with an issue I'm having on my SEO Hosting account (this particular server has 50-60 of my sites on it). I got an e-mail from Hostgator (SEO Hosting - same company) stating the following: "I apologize, but I was forced to suspend SQL usage for the reseller account "melovemy" and all sub-accounts of said reseller as multiple scripts inside were causing the server to hit max_connections Due to it affecting all of the other accounts on the system, we had to take immediate action for the health of the server. Please be aware, we do not normally disable accounts in mass except in rare cases where multiple scripts are causing issues. We believe this is the only way to prevent a server crash and potential loss of data. Generally this is caused by a bot or bot(s) causing intense traffic across multiple sites within this directory (in which case you may be able to create a [login to view URL] to affect this, or if caused by a site-map system, slow down how many requests are made), or you simply have far too many CPU intensive sites under this same account. " Now I don't know how to do what they are asking, so I am looking for someone who can fix this issue for me easily. I want someone who is an expert and can do this in a breeze. I probably could do it myself, but I want to make extra sure it's done right. All of the sites have wordpress installed...again there are 50-60 sites on this server. Also, this will likely lead to a bunch of other "developer" type\similar jobs for you down the road with me, as I have hundreds and hundreds of sites...and issues come up here and there.
