Structural Drawings/Calcs for existing Revit residential remodel (only one room)

ALL BIDS CONSIDERED! Thanks! I'm doing a remodel of a family room which requires permit for structural changes. The AS-BUILT and REMODEL are ALREADY modeled in Revit as well as the other sheets needed for the permit (elevations, demo, etc). I can export to AutoCAD if needed. Permit is for California, USA so it would be a bonus if drawings/calcs could be stamped by someone licensed in CA. Otherwise, I will just need to find someone local to do the stamping from your calcs/drawings which is a possibility. :::Here is the basics of what is needed::: Add Structural Engineering calculations and drawings for the following: 1. removal of wall between family and kitchen (you can use drawings in red in Donohue (engineering).PDF if they are accurate. Beam should be recessed in 12” ceiling as much as possible. 2. Windows on each side of fireplace (I believe this is a shear wall so hopefully you can figure out how to do this inexpensively) (*Use Revit file, different than PDF) 3. Addition of 4-panel slider 144”W x 96”H (*Use Revit file, different than PDF) (note: For calcs, the roof will be concrete tile. Also, there is currently a 6” concrete stem wall under beam between family room and kitchen) If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
