(within the next 8h) In the AER library there is a dataset called "CreditCard": Cross-section data on the credit history for a sample of applicants for a type of credit card. This data contains 1319 observations on 12 variables Use this dataset to analyse the determinants of the success of a credit card application. Which model: LPM, probit or logit would you choose and why? Compare the models in terms of the share of correct predictions. In addition, use this dataset to analyse the determinants of the average monthly credit card expenditures. Also we need a short descritpion about the R Script and how does it work If this Project works out good, we have other similar project for the next weeks

hello, I am interested in this project....LPM can't be used here because it is for linear outcome and you want to predict success of application either yes or [login to view URL] I will try to do it with both profit and logistic regression with R and compare them in context of correct prediction.
