Build a Squarespace website that includes a Blog

In August I am travelling to West Africa to volunteer for 2 years onboard Mercy Ships - the World's largest hospital ship providing free surgeries. I am looking for someone to setup/design a website using Squarespace that should include a blog so I can blog during my time serving in Africa, a page for some information about me/introducing myself, a page about Mercy Ships, a donate page that will provide information on the various ways to donate money to my volunteer service (as all crew have to cover all of their own expenses including meals/accomodation onboard), contact page that will include social media links and address details for sending letters/mail and parcels whilst I am onboard. Want the site to use large high res images well so it stands out and looks the part. These images will be provided. I also have atleast 2 youtube videos I would like to include somewhere. One is an overview of Mercy Ships, and the other is the trailer for the award winning documentary "The Surgery Ship" which shows the life-changing work of Mercy Ships. The Surgery Ship movie trailer is important to include prominently, & It is important that the site stands out and looks amazing and is attractive overall, as I am to feature in the upcoming 8 part tv-series remake of The Surgery Ship for SBS and National Geographic. Would like it if the colour palette used matched that of the Mercy Ships brand (can provide exact guidelines and details of exact fonts/colours etc. I really need this site ASAP however there must be no compromise to quality.
