Project - Oracle DBA Consultant Description - We are looking for a person expertise in DBA activities, who can provide Bidirectional Oracle streaming training without the use of the wizard, Implementing Oracle datagaurd at DR site and have a sound knowledge of Oracle database upgrade process. This training could be online/offline mode. The trainer would also have to provide documentation. Objective - Oracle Database Upgrade: Oracle database upgrade from 10g to 11gr2. Bidirectional Oracle Streaming: * Bi-directional (schema based) replication of Database Schema. * DMLs for all tables under database schema will be replicated between two data centers and vice versa. * DDL replication is not business requirement for the environment, so DDL statements will not be replicated Datagaurd Implementation at DR site:- A physical standby database can be created using a hot backup of the primary as long as all of the necessary archivelogs are available to bring the standby database to a consistent state. We will be performing an online (hot) backup of the primary database using RMAN. The RMAN backup sets will be written to a staging directory located outside of the Flash Recovery Area.
