I am doing a post grad certificate in applied mental health, The question is The oral case presentation assesses your ability to apply a biopsychosocial framework to assessment, formulation and care planning. Case details must be de-identified. Your case presentation must include: • Details of a biopsychosocial assessment, including consideration of diversity and culture. • A collaborative formulation which clearly demonstrates how it informs a person-centered care/treatment plan. • Details of a care/intervention plan and a rationale for the actions that were taken. The rationale may draw on the literature and/or demonstrate person-centered approaches to care planning. • Outcome of care, and details of any follow up, referral or discharge of care. • A critical reflection on your assessment, formulation and care planning, both in terms of what could have been improved and from a recovery perspective. • Slides should include in-text referencing in APA (6th Ed.) format. Please include a reference list on the final slide/s. Additional information: • Your slides should not contain every word you will say, but serve as talking points for your presentation. • Presentations that run over time will be marked down. Please make sure you are able to see the time as you speak. • Your presentation will be recorded to facilitate the marking process. The recording will be destroyed after unit marks are finalised. • Please submit your slides via the Turnitin icon in the Assessment area of myHETI.
