I Need to Build an Eggregation Engine

I am looking for a developer to build a software/engine which would grab data (text, photo, maps etc.) from about 30 non-English websites. There is no cooperation with the data owners, no API, only publicly available data as displayed on individual websites. There are approx. 100-150 thousand posts on these websites, all of them consisting of multiple information – several text fields, couple of photos etc. Some of the data have multiple listings across websites, some are single listings. Data need to be stored in a robust, and secure way and enabling their use on my website (which would be built in a next step). There are currently no requirements on the technologies to be used. Their definition is part of your job. An adverse reaction of the website owners is expected to a certain degree. This needs to be thought of in the overall attitude. Are you interested?
