I'm looking for someone who can build a sip soft phone for me on windows base, with the following feature 1. Write incoming Caller ID into a text file 2. Remove Caller ID from the text file on next call or Remove Caller ID from the text file after 5 second. second if possible when there is any incoming caller, softphone should be able to launch the internal crm weblink for example crm.com/clid=66776677 <-- this is the incoming caller ID only serious seller bid on this and specially people who has knowledge on developing soft phones.

My softphone has function to open new web page on incoming call, has also plugin to silently hit URL on incoming call if this is the case, thus only script writing number to file must be created. Personally I would recommend rather semi-automatic mode when page is opened after button is pressed or shortcut (global) is used - it takes no time but is less obnoxious to operator allowing to e.g. quickly finish previous entry in call log. URL-hit plugin does not have this problem but it relies on CRM capabilities - call event is passed as HTTP request sent to CRM server without opening page directly, then CRM server notifies the user. Softphone is freely available, used in some asterisk shops and BSD licensed (can be rebranded). You should specify what rights to the code and binary you need, my offer is obviously non-exclusive but BSD license is quite permissive. Other more or less rare softphone functions: click-to-call, call recording, BLF. There seems to be error in tags - this project is related to Windows, not Windows Phone.
