Recognize lines in a tiff file, and color them a new color(Delphi Expert Needed);

Here is a link of what I want done . I had this app done in c# but not a big fan of C# so looking for a solution id delphi. [login to view URL] I work with old schematics and need to be able document my troubleshooting process by following lines in the schematic. 1. View and then Extract an image from a PDF file and convert it to a hi res .tiff file for editing. 2. Click on a line in the schematic and color it a different color . 2.a This is a point to point operation to color the line only. If the line intersects with a symbol or a junction (Black Dot) then the coloring stops. 3. Save the work to a tiff file and able to open it back up. 4. I you want to use 3rd party components or units, etc that is ok just let me know in advance. 5. Pan Zoom in and out 6. Choose Line Color 7. Choose line with for the auto color lines procedure. If you read this please reply with "Popcorn" so i know you read the entire post. 8. AutoColor Lines this is very useful. 9. The link to the other software does some other image editing operations that you do not have to worry about, you only need to do items 1-8 . I will use something like ImageEn, or other image editing components to do other editing to the image so all functions and procedures must be able to be used in other Timage . You can use the regular timage or what you like. I uploaded some example files . The ExamplePDF is what you can use to load up and display and choose the file you want to extract and work with. The others are tiff files you can use to try and find and colors lines.
