Make demo app that takes screenshot every 100 ms and compress it using h265 or h264 codec

Hi My proposal for your problem is as follows, The demo application can be a simple windows or wpf application (or any other form of container application) which leverages a background thread to take screenshots every 100 ms. screenshots are taken using .NET Graphics class. Once an screenshot is captured the image is compressed using the appropriate nuget package and will be stored in a memoryStream and will be en-queued in a memory queue. Another processing worker (thread) will de-queue the memory queue and decode them to bitmap images.

Hi, I am very interested in this project. I am a expert C# developer, i don't see any problem in writing a application to take screenshot and save it in memory and later review it frame by frame(nothing is saved locally , everything is done in Memory). I also think we can just compress the data using GZIPStream provided by micro soft instead on 3rd party tools. Looking to work on this project. Thank you Best Regards
